Our Story & Who We Serve

11:11 Partners arose from the intersection of two simple but recurring events.

First, as operational leaders we used executive search firms frequently. We couldn’t understand why different firms sent us people who were technically competent but culturally unsuitable for our respective businesses. Second, we believe that purpose-driven organizations need people who are intrinsically motivated not only by the company’s mission but also by how the mission is going to be executed.

As a result, we combined our respective expertise to create a new model - one that emphasizes long-term relationships, allows each of us to work in our genius, and provides results more accurately and efficiently than our competitors.

Samir Wagle

Samir Wagle

Samir Wagle is the founder of 11:11 Partners, and has a passion for innovation and people.

After 25 years of successfully growing businesses, Samir realized that external success doesn’t automatically deliver internal happiness. His subsequent journey helped him realize he loved building high-performance teams. 11:11 Partners and its innovative methodology was created to allow Samir to work in his genius while serving other companies as they grow. Prior to 11:11 Partners, Samir served as CEO of The Protein Bar & Kitchen, and in leadership positions at Boudin Bakeries, Chipotle Mexican Grill, McDonald’s and Deloitte.

Samir received his M.B.A. from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He is a certified coach through the Conscious Leadership Group and a Kolbe ™ certified consultant. He enjoys meditation and spends much of his free time either cooking or stirring up trouble with his partner and son. He is pleased to report that his “insides and outsides are much more in alignment”.

Christine Bedalow

Christine Bedalow

Christine Bedalow is a Talent Acquisition Executive with 22 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment and Application Tracking System (ATS) implementations. As Director of Talent Acquisition at LYONSCG, she grew the company from 70 to over 300 employees in just over 2 years, allowing them to be in Crain’s of Chicago Fastest Growing Companies for 4 years running as well as the Best and Brightest Place to Work. Her strategic approach got her selected into an exclusive Global 100 Talent Acquisition Leader group on LinkedIn and a Bronze Stevie’s Award for Professional Women.

Christine received her B.S. degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and holds a C.P.A.. She is a Chicago native and when she is not solving business problems she is volunteering with the Career Transition Center as a pro-bono career coach. She enjoys an active life of hiking, yoga, dancing and biking with her family.

Dr. Gentzy Franz is an educator, tech executive, and innovative leadership coach dedicated to helping business leaders and their teams in tech, private equity, and restaurants to instill behaviors that lead to high performance and personal well-being. He believes work can and should be an additive component of life, and is committed to practices that support that belief.

He spent 4 years co-creating Uptake, recognized in 2015 as Forbes Hottest New Start Up, and in 2017 the fastest U.S. startup to reach a $2B valuation. He has a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from the University of Illinois where he remains a member of the Graduate Adjunct Faculty.

Gentzy enjoys being a father of 4 exceptional children. They share his love of karaoke, dancing, travel and spicy wings.

Chris Sheridan

Christopher Sheridan is an expert in Executive Search, as well as a Leadership and Messaging Consultant and a Professor at Wake Forest University. A 25-year Journalist and Media Executive at some of the world’s biggest media companies including ABC, NBC and ESPN, he now helps executives, teams and brands find, craft and tell their most powerful stories unlocking their highest potential. He is a Certified Executive and Team Coach, holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Missouri and did his undergraduate work at the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.

Kimberly Togman

Kimberly Togman

Kimberly believes work should matter—people and organizations do their best work when they have purpose and the tools to succeed. She has devoted her career to helping organizations and their people build their strengths, face their challenges, and get better at what they do best.

With over 25 years as a coach, human resources executive, and management consultant, Kimberly draws on her business experience and tools from across the fields of conscious leadership, appreciative inquiry, positive psychology and human development to help leaders and their teams become their most powerful by building from the talents and strengths that make them who they are. In previous roles, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Managers Investment Group, and in the Global Human Resources Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Kimberly has an M.B.A. from Chicago Booth, and is a Professional Credentialed Coach through the International Coach Federation, and holds certifications from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, the Conscious Leadership Group, in Immunity to Change Coaching and numerous psychometric assessment tools. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, two stepdaughters, and their whippet, Fiona, a very good girl.

Tim Cynova

Tim Cynova

Tim (he/him) wears a multitude of hats, all in service of creating anti-racist workplaces where people can thrive. He currently is Co-CEO of the U.S.-based non-profit Fractured Atlas, a 20-year-old organization that in 2013 committed to becoming anti-racist in its work and operations. Relatedly, he is a Principal of the consulting group Work. Shouldn't. Suck. that assists organizations of all sizes and sectors with the “how” of creating anti-racist workplaces.

Tim serves on the faculty of Canada’s Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity and New York's The New School teaching courses in People-Centric Organizational Design; he's a trained mediator, and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Darrell Rosenstein is a Vermont transplant to Seattle who has been recruiting for over 27 years. He has become the consummate networker within the Ecommerce MarTech community and regularly contributes to thought leadership through his webinars, MarTalks podcasts, articles, and interviews. Darrell focuses on bringing the commercial business leaders to organizations seeking to build and expand sales, increase reach, and drive success at the enterprise level.

Darrell received his B.A. degree in Sociology/Psychology from the University of Vermont and holds a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) by the National Association of Personnel Services. He deeply enjoys making sawdust, fishing, pickleball and working towards his pilot’s certifications.

Emma Nguyen is a Recruitment Soucer at 11:11 Partners. She is working her way to living in the present moment in this distracted world. Emma practices deep work in her daily life and is tirelessly striving toward spending most of her hours working in her zones of genius.

She finds great happiness and fulfillment in helping people help themselves. Before joining the 11:11 Partners team, Emma worked as an independent community project manager in Hue, Vietnam. Her projects have supported education and technology inclusion for hundreds of disadvantaged children and people with disabilities in local communities.

She is a bibliophile and a life-long learner. She loves to spend her personal time with a good read, a fun jog and a healthy meal.

Sarah Martin

Sarah Martin

Sarah is an Executive Assistant at 11:11 Partners. Her role is to support business operations and wrangle Samir’s calendar on a daily basis.

Sarah began her career working with downtown revitalization nonprofits, where she developed a passion for supporting small businesses. She believes that business can change the world for the better and is eager to support that mission

The innovative personalities, positive impact, and socially responsible purpose of 11:11 Partners boosts her energy every day. Sarah currently lives near Raleigh, NC with her spouse and two rambunctious Boston Terriers. Her hobbies include reading books at a snail’s pace and playing video games.

Ericka Molino

Ericka Molino

Ericka is a Recruitment Sourcer in 11:11 Partners and loves to help others to find their potential and help them notice what they are good at.

This is why she decided to be an industrial psychologist and have the opportunity to work closely with employees and be the person who will listen to them and push them to find their genius.

Ericka knows the importance of a work-life balance, and when she is not working, you can find her playing board games with her family and friends, going out for a walk, singing or dancing. She is also a Disney fan so if you want to watch a marathon of Disney movies, she is the one you should contact.

When not immersed in the world of digital marketing, Adam enjoys spending time with family and friends, engaging in spirited debates about historical events, and caring for animals.

Mimi is a Business Development Representative at 11:11 Partners. After dedicating the past decade to training and education in both start-up and multinational corporations, Mimi realized helping people grow, succeed and find their purpose gives her the greatest sense of fulfillment.

As a service and process-oriented person, Mimi finds pure joy in setting things up and developing elaborate and efficient systems to mitigate chaos and increase business productivity in operation.

Her commitment is the practice of bringing mindfulness into daily activities. Mimi’s weekends are usually filled with family gatherings and parenting books as her utmost desire is to raise a healthy and happy kid.

Rodrigo is an industrial psychologist with previous experience in mass recruitment. He has a deep passion for helping people and enjoys finding ways to bring out the best in others. Rodrigo values work-life balance and strives to maintain a healthy equilibrium between his personal and professional life.
